Dining Services Supervisor

Must have CDM or ability to get within 6 months.

The Sarah Community, a faith-based retirement community, located in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a full time Dining Services Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Responsible for the supervision of dining services staff in the setting up of tables, serving food, dishwashing, cleaning and maintenance of the dining room and kitchen and customer service related to the dining experience of the residents. Ensures that food is handled in accordance with sanitary standards and recognized food serving standards. Upholds the philosophy, core values and goals of the organization and ensures the Mission of the five Catholic religious orders of women is realized so that “older adults’ live life to the fullest.”

Requires flexibility to work 7am-3a;30pm and every other weekend.

Prior supervisory experience in dining services in a health care facility preferred
Certification in Food Service Sanitation
Ability to lead a team with good organization
Excellent decision making and communication skills
Strong customer service skills and ability to engage residents
