Maintenance Overnight

The Sarah Community is seeking a FT overnight maintenance employee -12 Hour Shifts.

Performs minor maintenance duties in common areas of the building and grounds and is available to address immediate issues that arise for residents/staff. Director visitors and emergency personnel as necessary and assists with evening lock-up procedures. Candidate must be flexible to work overnights. Shift time: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am or 8:00 am – 3 Nights per week

Applicant must have at least a High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
Ability to complete minor maintenance duties as instructed.
Must have compassion and desire to work with the elderly.
