Universal Care Associate/Non-Clinical – $500 Sign-on bonus program
Brooking Park, a beautiful upscale retirement living facility located in Chesterfield, MO seeks a full-time, passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Universal Care Associate for our Memory Care Unit. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, reliable team player with a great work ethic. Seeking someone who is kind hearted, has good initiative and enjoys enriching the lives of others.
The duties and responsibilities include preparing meals and snacks, light housekeeping and assisting Residents with engaging activities.
The minimum requirements are at least 1-year of dietary, housekeeping and/or activity experience. Experience in Memory/Alzheimer’s care is desired.
Required Skills:
- Understanding of cultural diversity and the needs of an aging population.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
